What is your jewelry made of?
I use a variety of natural materials such as pearls, shells and semi-precious stones in each piece. The metals consist of stainless steel or gold PVD plating and are hypoallergenic. Each piece includes a mother of pearl or fresh water pearl, hand painted with acrylic and sealed with resin. Whenever possible, I incorporate secondhand beads into my designs.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Due to the delicate nature of the materials used, It’s best to avoid contact with moisture, chemicals and extreme weather. When traveling, I recommend storing your jewelry in a separate box to avoid any damages.
What is your return policy?
Given the personalized design that goes into each one-of-a-kind piece, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please email ariel@arielkellogg.com.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Unfortunately, i’m unable to accommodate shipping outside of the US at this time. I hope to offer international shipping in the future!
Will you restock sold out items?
Each piece includes hand-painted materials, ensuring that no two items are alike. Because of this, I am unable to restock identical items.
